Enrollment instructions in the first classes for School Year 2024/25

Notice is hereby given that from 18 Jan at 8.00 a.m. to 10 Feb at 08.00 p.m., it will be possible to proceed with the enrollment for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th classes for the S.Y. 2024/25.

Applications for enrollment in the first classes should be submitted through MIM's new online platform "Unica." To log in, it is necessary to use SPID (Public Digital Identity System), CIE (Electronic Identity Card) or eIDAS (electronic IDentification Authentication and Signature) credentials. Afterwards the enrollment process can be followed through the application “Io App” as last year.

The application form requires the mechanographic codes of the chosen school. The mechanografic code for Gritti-TUR Tourism and Gritti-RIM International Relations for Marketing is VETN018019; the mechanographic code for Foscari-AFM Administration Finance and Marketing is VETD01801B. 

Once logged in, you must:

1) Fill out the application; 

2) Submit it; 

3) Fill out and submit Form C for consent or non-consent for Catholic Religion  lessons.

• For the enrollment in the first classes, the choice regarding the second foreign language (and third foreign language ONLY for the Tourism course) must be made. The language option is not guaranteed but subject to a minimum group of students in accordance with current regulations. 

Enrollment should be completed the first week of July by handing in to the “segreteria didattica” (education office) the documentation related to the middle school graduation exam, the receipt for the payment of the compulsory fee (€26.00) and the voluntary fee (€94.00) to be made through the website “Pago in Rete - Scuole” as well as additional documentation that will be specified in a subsequent notice.

Parents who need technical support in registering for the first classes can come to the secretary's desk Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to noon.
